My Philosophy

Grindfulness
/ˈgraɪnd-fəl-nəs/

Definition: Slow, steady, intentional action rooted in presence and awareness.

Slow down, pay attention and do the work. My approach incorporates balance as a guiding principle. It is incredibly important in this world to slow down and pay attention to your life, relationships, and the message your body might be telling you. The body wants to heal, and acupuncture helps speed up that process. I enjoy working with folks who are willing to do the work and control the things they can to get better. People who are willing to do the work often heal faster and more completely.
